The Land Rover Defender has always been about going further, tackling terrain others shy away from, and doing so with a sense of heritage and purpose. Now, South Africans will have the chance to experience that legacy in a very special way, as the Defender 110 Trophy Edition makes its way to our market. Units are limited to just 60 units, making it a rare and highly collectible model for those who live and breathe adventure.

    Heritage-Inspired colours and unique styling

To celebrate the Defender’s return to international adventure challenge events, the Trophy Edition introduces two striking colours that pay homage to its past while inspiring a new generation. Buyers can choose between Deep Sandglow Yellow, a modern nod to the Defenders that once conquered global Trophy-style events, or Keswick Green, a hue synonymous with rural exploration in the UK homeland.

Both finishes are paired with bold Gloss Black details on the bonnet, lower bodyside, brake calipers and recovery eyes, giving the Trophy Edition a more purposeful, ready-for-anything stance. For those venturing off the beaten track, an optional Matte Protective Film is available, adding an extra layer of durability against scrapes and scratches. Other Defender Trophy highlights unique 20-inch Gloss Black alloy wheels wrapped in all-terrain tyres and special Trophy decals on the bonnet and C-pillars.

Rugged Design with a Touch of Luxury

Step inside and you’re greeted by illuminated Trophy tread plates, Ebony Windsor leather seats that balance toughness with comfort, and a body-colour cross-car beam featuring laser-etched endcaps with Trophy branding – small details that remind you this isn’t just another Defender.

    Expedition-ready from the factory

As standard, this limited-run Defender is fitted with a curated suite of accessories designed for explorers. These include: expedition roof rack for extra gear, deployable roof ladder for easy access, side-mounted gear carrier for muddy or sandy items, raised air intake for dusty trails, mud flaps, wheel arch protection and scuff plates to shield the bodywork on rugged tracks.
