It seems like we are so close to seeing the refreshed Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupe, this comes after the Stuttgart-based company released a teaser video on social media, oh well, to make the BMW X4 a little more jealous.

Set to launch in 2020, the GLC Coupe will get tweaked headlights with optional full-LED headlights with Multibeam technology.

In the teaser video’s background, we can also catch a glimpse of the SUV’s tweaked full-LED taillights, which are slightly different than those of the 2020 GLC but follow the same theme.

It remains unknown how the interior looks like but what we know so far is that there is a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster accompanied by a tablet-styled infotainment system available in 7-inch or 10.25-inch. These are part of the MBUX infotainment system also containing the touchpad on the centre console.

We also speculate that the turbocharged 2.0-litre petrol engine with 190 kW of power and 370 Nm of torque found in the 2020 GLC will also find its way to the Coupe.

According to Mercedes-Benz, it’s more efficient than the M274 engine it replaces and it comes hooked up as standard to a nine-speed automatic transmission.

It still remains unknown when Mercedes will fully reveal the Coupe facelift.
