    Mercedes-AMG reveals new A35 Sedan

Following the reveal of Mercedes-AMG’s A35 hatchback last year, the Stuttgart-based carmaker has revealed its new A35 Sedan.

On the outside, the A35 Sedan features AMG’s signature twin-louvre grille, a new front splitter with silver chrome trims and a special front apron. It rides on some 18-inch alloy wheels, if you like, 19-inch alloys are also available as an option.

Optionally, the A35 Sedan comes with an adaptive damping system with three suspension control modes. The high-performance braking system boasts four-piston fixed callipers and 350 mm discs on the front axle and one-piston sliding callipers and 330 mm discs at the back.

The cabin gains the latest MBUX multimedia system with the big two displays, and an AMG steering wheel with red contrasting stitching. It comes with a 420-litre boot space.

Under the hood lurks a four-cylinder 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine with 225 kW and 400 N.m. All that amount of power is sent to all four wheels through a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission.

Mercedes-AMG says the sedan will be able to dash from 0-100 km/h in 4,8 seconds en route to an electronically limited top speed of 250 km/h.

There is still no word on when the Sedan will be available locally but we hope the wait won’t be that long.
