Special Vehicle Operations has launched a special edition Range Rover Sport SVR Ultimate Edition with new solid glass flake paintwork options for the first time.

    Exterior

Three hand-finished exterior paint choices include new Maya Blue Gloss, Marl Grey Gloss and Ligurian Black Satin colours, both of which are exclusive to the Ultimate edition. Land Rover says, delicate and highly reflective fine white glass flake particles in the solid base coat give an intense star-like sparkle. Each colour features a Narvik Black contrast roof. Complementing these are door mirror caps, front grilles and grille surrounds, front wing detail and tailgate finishers.

Other exterior features include Black knurled Range Rover lettering on the bonnet and tailgate, with exclusive contrasting Fuji White edging which is also used for side fender accents. A body-coloured carbon fibre vented bonnet, 22-inch five split-spoke forged alloy wheels and black brake calipers add to the party.

    Power

The Range Rover Sport SVR is the fastest and most powerful Land Rover ever produced. It is powered by a 5.0-litre V8 supercharged engine which produces 423kW of power and 700Nm of torque. This moves the SVR from 0-100km/h in just 4.5 seconds and gives it a top speed of 283 km/h.

    Pricing

The Range Rover Sport SVR Ultimate edition will be available in South Africa early in 2022 with pricing to be available closer to the time.
