    People on the move: Taryn Woodbridge appointed as CFO for Mercedes-Benz South Africa

    Taryn Woodbridge, who has been named CFO of the MBSA and Executive Director of Finance and Controlling, is a Rhodes University graduate with a Master of Commerce in Taxation and is a qualified Chartered Accountant (SA). Over the years, Taryn has held a number of leadership positions in controlling, taxation, and accounting with an emphasis on plant performance and optimization. She joined MBSA in 2004 as a product control analyst. Taryn was elevated to senior management in 2014 and has since been in charge of plant accounting and controlling.

    Commenting on her appointment, Taryn Woodbridge said, “I would like to thank Klaus for being an exemplary steward in this critical role. As he passes the baton to me, I am honoured to lead and be afforded this opportunity. I look forward to immersing myself in the role and to further advance the strategic ambitions of Mercedes-Benz South Africa.”
