    Following the introduction of special edition models in the Q2, A3, Q3 and A4 line-ups, the popular Q5 range now gains the Black Edition package which boasts enhanced specification, dark trim accents and alloy wheel designs. The Black Edition treatment can be selected for the Q5 40 TDI and 40 TFSI, as well as the SQ5 TFSI variants across SUV and Sportback body styles.

    Q5 40 TDI and 40 TFSI Black Edition

    Stationed above the popular Advanced trim line in the Q5 range, the new 40 TDI 140kW and 40 TFSI 183kW models available in SUV and Sportback body styles utilise Audi’s four-cylinder turbodiesel and turbo-petrol engines and are mated with a 7-speed S tronic dual-clutch transmission. Over and above the generous standard specification, the Q5 40 TDI 140kW and 40 TFSI 183kW Black Edition models and their Sportback equivalents offer:

    1) Black styling plus package and black mirrors
    2)20-inch 5-spoke alloy wheels
    3)Matrix LED headlamps
    4) Technology package, including MMI navigation plus and Audi connect infotainment services
    5) Deluxe package, which incorporates:
    6) Panoramic sunroof
    7) Trailer hitch
    8) Comfort key
    9) City assistance package (rear-view camera, lane-change assist, pre-sense rear)
    10) Sport seats with electric memory adjustment, incl. 4-way lumbar support
    11) Electrically folding mirrors
    12) Accent surfaces in gloss black
    13) Flat-bottom steering wheel
    14) Storage and luggage package

    SQ5 Black Edition

    Customers who desire a sportier drive can opt for the sporty SQ5 TFSI. It’s powered by a 3.0-litre turbo-petrol engine delivering a stout 260kW and 500Nm of torque and mated with an eight-speed torque-converter Tiptronic automatic transmission, the SQ5 bolts from 0-100km/h in a claimed 4.9 seconds. The SQ5 Black Edition includes the following luxury and convenience features:
