For years, the Mercedes‑Benz GLC has been a global favourite, consistently topping sales charts and winning hearts. In 2025, it once again proved why it’s the brand’s bestseller. Now, Mercedes‑Benz is taking the iconic GLC to the next level with the all-new GLC with EQ Technology, set to expand the lineup in the first half of 2026. Built electric-first, this SUV combines the elegance and comfort of Mercedes‑Benz with cutting-edge electric technology.

Exterior: a bold new face
The new GLC immediately makes a statement. It’s the first Mercedes‑Benz to feature the redesigned illuminated chromed grille, giving the SUV a modern, tech-forward look that radiates confidence. Its dynamic silhouette, sculptural shoulder lines, and pronounced wheel arches highlight its powerful presence on the road.
From the redesigned LED headlights to the sleek taillights, every angle of the GLC communicates refinement and strength. Optional features like the STAR SKY panoramic roof create a magical night-time experience, projecting 162 stars across the glass ceiling. This is not just a car—it’s an emotional experience that welcomes you every time you approach it.

Interior: comfort meets innovation
Step inside, and you’re greeted by the largest MBUX Hyperscreen in any Mercedes-Benz to date, a seamless 99.3-centimetre (39.1-inch) digital marvel. The screen, combined with warm ambient lighting, creates a “Welcome Home” feeling that’s uniquely Mercedes‑Benz.
Mercedes also introduces the optional Vegan Package, making the GLC the first vehicle worldwide to offer a fully certified vegan interior. Luxurious materials, meticulous craftsmanship, and generous space ensure that every journey is a first-class experience. Rear passengers enjoy extra legroom and headroom, while the boot offers a generous 570 litres, expandable to 1,740 litres when seats are folded. The frunk adds an extra 128 litres of storage, ideal for weekend trips or everyday errands.
Safety
Mercedes‑Benz continues its tradition of safety with the MB.Drive advanced driver assistance systems, powered by the AI-driven MB.OS superbrain. Up to ten cameras, five radar sensors, and twelve ultrasonic sensors work together to provide first-class assistance, from cooperative steering to braking and intelligent navigation.
The new One-Box braking system ensures smooth, consistent deceleration, whether recovering energy or using friction brakes. With features like ESP trailer stabilisation, Trailer Manoeuvring Assist, and rear-axle steering, the GLC combines confidence, precision, and agility for every journey.
Performance
Built on an electric-first architecture, the GLC delivers impressive performance and range. The top-of-the-line GLC 400 4Matic offers 360 kW of power and a range of up to 713 kilometres. Intelligent air suspension borrowed from the S-Class ensures a smooth ride, while 4.5-degree rear-axle steering gives the SUV exceptional agility on tight corners.
With a towing capacity of 2.4 tonnes, Terrain Mode for off-road adventures, and the “transparent bonnet” function for virtual under-vehicle vision, the GLC is versatile for work, play, or family trips. Recuperation levels are adjustable, generating energy during braking in over 99% of cases, improving efficiency and extending range.

Charging
Charging the GLC is effortless. The 800-volt system allows rapid charging, while MB.Charge Public provides integrated reservation of charging stations, ensuring a stress-free experience. In just 10 minutes, the GLC can recharge for a range of up to 303 kilometres.
The vehicle is also bidirectional ready, allowing it to store solar energy or supply power back to your home or the grid (V2H/V2G). Combined with intelligent route planning via Mercedes-Benz Navigation with Electric Intelligence, range anxiety becomes a thing of the past.
