Range Rover has unveiled something truly special for South Africa, the SV Polar Night. With only five examples being created, this ultra-limited edition represents the pinnacle of exclusivity and craftsmanship from SV Bespoke.

    Inspired by the Twilight Skies

The SV Polar Night draws inspiration from the twilight skies of the far north, a theme that comes alive in its unique Spectral Light Blue Gloss exterior. The paintwork is complemented by a gloss black roof and mirrors, along with Graphite Atlas and Anthracite finishes. Black Chrome Range Rover badging and 23-inch forged alloy wheels in Satin Dark Grey with body-coloured inserts complete the dramatic look.

    Bespoke craftsmanship inside

Step inside and the twilight theme continues with perforated Liberty Blue and Ebony leather seats, matched with Ebony Black surfaces and carpets trimmed with Liberty Blue binding. Details such as black anodised metal, chrome finishers, and black ceramic controls bring a sense of refinement to the cabin. The Liberty Blue steering wheel ties the design together, while bespoke scatter cushions and treadplates remind passengers that this is no ordinary Range Rover.

    Advanced wellness and audio technology

The Polar Night comes fitted with Range Rover’s pioneering Body-And-Soul-Seat and Sensory Floor technology, reserved for the flagship SV range. This system adds haptic feedback to both the seats and floor mats, creating an immersive listening experience that allows occupants to physically feel the music.

    Modern luxury and capability

In addition to its bespoke touches, the SV Polar Night carries a full suite of modern conveniences, including wireless device charging, a ClearSight digital rear-view mirror, four-zone climate control, and a gesture-controlled powered tailgate. Safety and assistance technologies such as blind spot assist, adaptive cruise control with steering assist, a 3D surround camera, and park assist are all included.

Performance is provided by a 452 kW V8 engine paired with advanced systems like electronic air suspension with Dynamic Response Pro and adaptive off-road cruise control. This ensures that the Polar Night balances refined luxury with Range Rover’s legendary capability.

    Exclusivity at a price

Priced at R6,521,929, the Range Rover SV Polar Night is available only in South Africa. With just five units being crafted, it is aimed at collectors and enthusiasts who seek the ultimate expression of Range Rover luxury.
