    People on the move: Hino SA appoints Itumeleng “Tumi” Segage as new General Manager

    In a strategic move to further strengthen its leadership team, Hino South Africa has appointed Itumeleng “Tumi” Segage as the new General Manager. Segage will report directly to Anton Falck, Vice President for Hino SA, and assumes the role following the retirement of Pieter Klerck.

    Bringing over 18 years of comprehensive experience in the motor industry, Segage is well-versed in various facets of the business, boasting an in-depth understanding of the dealer network. His journey with Hino SA began in 2006, and since then, he has held key positions in Marketing, Aftersales, Demand Planning, Pricing, Dealer Sales, and Network, serving as both Manager and Senior Manager.

    Before returning to Hino, Segage held the position of Senior Regional Manager for the Central Region at Toyota SA Motors. His wealth of knowledge and diverse background positions him as a valuable asset to lead Hino South Africa into its next phase of growth.

    Segage holds a BCom in Business Management and a BCom in Marketing Management.
