Peugeot South Africa, part of Stellantis South Africa, has introduced the new Peugeot Partner, expanding its light commercial vehicle range in the local market.

Designed for entrepreneurs, small businesses, courier services, and delivery fleets, the Partner aims to offer a practical and cost-effective transport solution for urban operations.

The new Peugeot Partner is available in Short Wheelbase (SWB) and Long Wheelbase (LWB) body styles. The SWB offers a load length of 1,817mm, while the LWB extends this to 2,167mm. With the Multiflex bench seat configuration, cargo capacity increases to 4.4m³, while payload capacity reaches up to 1,000kg.

Power comes from a 1.6-litre HDi diesel engine producing 68kW and 230Nm, paired with a five-speed manual transmission. Peugeot claims fuel consumption of 5.1L/100km.

Inside, the Partner features a 10-inch digital instrument cluster and a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system, along with Bluetooth, WiFi mirroring, USB ports, and steering wheel-mounted controls.

Standard safety features include Emergency Braking Assistance (EBA), Electronic Stability Programme (ESP), cruise control with a speed limiter, rear parking sensors, a rear-view camera, a tyre pressure monitoring system, and front airbags.

Pricing starts at R479,900 for the SWB model and R508,900 for the LWB variant. Peugeot includes a 3-year/60,000km service plan and a 3-year/100,000km warranty as standard.
