Toyota Gazoo Racing has unveiled the GRMN Corolla, a track-focused version of its popular hot hatch that incorporates a range of weight-saving measures and performance upgrades.
The most extreme version of the Corolla receives several carbon-fibre body panels, including the bonnet, front fenders, and side skirts, helping to reduce weight by around 30kg compared to the standard GR Corolla. It also features an adjustable rear wing, vented bonnet and fenders, and rides on 18-inch forged matte bronze alloy wheels fitted with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tyres.

At the heart of the GRMN Corolla is a 1.6-litre turbocharged three-cylinder engine producing 224kW and 415Nm. Drive is sent to all four wheels through a close-ratio six-speed intelligent manual transmission (iMT), designed to deliver a more engaging driving experience.
Thanks to extensive weight-saving measures, the GRMN Corolla tips the scales at approximately 1,450kg, making it around 40kg lighter than the standard manual GR Corolla.

Inside, Toyota has continued its focus on reducing weight by removing the rear seats, resulting in a strict two-seat layout. The driver and passenger are accommodated by bespoke bucket seats designed to provide greater support during high-performance driving.
Production will be limited, with the GRMN Corolla set to be offered in select markets including North America, Japan, and Australia.
