Having revived Jaguar sales, the company’s first attempt at the SUV market gets a styling update.

    Exterior

The J-blade headlights inspired by the flagship XJ and wider air-inlets dominate the front-end of the updated Jaguar F-Pace. The all-LED rear-lights are slimmer and beneath them there’s newly styled rear-bumper. New central exhausts that resemble those of the Range Rover Velar make an appearance.

    Interior

The most noticeable changes to the interior are the E-Pace sourced steering wheel and new gear selector. Also dominating the new interior are the new PIVI 14.1-inch infotainment system and a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster that run the company’s latest Pivi Pro software. which Jaguar promises to be connected, intuitive and offer high quality graphics.

Improved built quality and attention to detail are evident throughout the cabin.

    Engine

New six cylinder engines, four cylinder engines and electrified powertrains will power the new F-Pace range. The 250 models are powered by a new turbocharged 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine with 183 kW. This is followed by the S 340 which employs a turbocharged 3.0-litre six-cylinder with mild-hybrid technology pushing out 250 kW of power. At the apex is the R-Dynamic S which employs the same engine as the S 340 but tuned to make 295 kW of power.
