The Johannesburg northern suburbs is home to the new Jaguar Land Rover Experience facility that opened on Thursday last week.

The facility is a family lifestyle journey’s end, visitors make and enjoy the experiences on offer. The blueprint of the facility is designed to cater for all age groups, and visitors can witness not only the Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles but the luxurious lifestyle that tags along with them.

Visitors are welcome to Jaguar Land Rover products, the thrilling technology showcases and branded good ranges.

Available on the property are 3 km off-road tracks and an Adventure Park designed to put the world’s most off road vehicles to the test. Drivers can experience and practice driving on slippery road surfaces as there is a 70-meter diameter skidpan on site. Low traction handling can be exercised at the venue’s central irrigation and drivers may freely stamp on that acceleration as the 185-meter long and 30-meter broad dynamic handling platform grants that.

The Experience, Johannesburg facility, will open seven days weekly from 8 am to 5 pm.

Restaurants are available on site for that quick bite on both breakfast and lunch. The Facility is situated at 1 Capricorn Drive, Lonehill.

Children are well-thought and catered for within the facility.

To mention a few, a host of free activities for different age groups including the miniature “Growler” racetrack where children can race tiny Jaguar F-Types up to age 5. Kids aged 3-12 can enjoy and gain off Road skills from the electric Land Rover Defenders on purpose-built off Road track.
