Suzuki Auto South Africa has announced pricing for its upcoming Across SUV, which is set to join the brand’s local range soon.

The Across will be available with a 1.5-litre mild-hybrid petrol engine across the line-up. The powertrain combines a four-cylinder K15C engine with Suzuki’s mild-hybrid system, aimed at improving efficiency while maintaining everyday usability.

Three variants will be offered at launch. The entry-level Across GL is paired with a five-speed manual transmission, while the GL and GLX models will be available with a six-speed automatic gearbox.

Pricing starts at R349,900 for the Across 1.5 Mild-hybrid GL 5MT. The GL 6AT is priced at R372,900, while the range-topping Across 1.5 Mild-hybrid GLX 6AT comes in at R464,900. Buyers choosing the GLX can also opt for a two-tone exterior finish for an additional R4,500.

The Across will be sold with a four-year/60,000 km service plan and a five-year/200,000 km promotional warranty.

Suzuki says further details about the new SUV will be shared during the official media launch scheduled to take place from 17 to 19 March.
